Outstanding RPC Requests > 0 is this a problem?
We have a multi-role Exchange 2010 server with about 800 users on it. Sporadically through the day our 3rd party monitoring package complains that our Outstanding RPC requests _Total has exceeded the threshold (Which is apparently 0). I monitored for a bit using perfmon and the requests were averaging 1 - 10 outstanding. Is this a Major issue? Is it time to start thinking about scaling out?

Just as aside, ensure you are at the latest SP and RU for 2010 as well. I recall that RTM had some issues around this.
